Mormon Transhumanists believe that God is a being who grew into divinity, and that we are invited to grow the same way: using faith, virtue, creativity, science, and technology together to heal, to build, and to become compassionate creators in the likeness of God.
We take the boldest promises of the Restoration seriously enough to act on them. Eternal progression, theosis, the material continuity of spirit and matter: these shape a single conviction, that the wise and inspired use of science and technology can serve what the gospel has always pointed toward.
However you come to these questions, as a practicing Latter-day Saint or as a curious observer from outside the tradition, you will find good company here and room to explore at your own pace. Our Affirmation gathers the beliefs we hold in common.
