And again I say unto you, my friends, for from henceforth I shall call you friends, it is expedient that I give unto you this commandment, that ye become even as my friends in days when I was with them, traveling to preach the gospel in my power.
Therefore I would that ye should be perfect even as I, or your Father who is in heaven is perfect.
Teresa of AvilaChrist has no body now but yours, No hands, no feet on earth but yours. Yours are the eyes through which he looks With compassion on this world. Yours are the feet with which he walks to do good; Yours are the hands with which he blesses all the world. Yours are the hands; yours are the feet; Yours are the eyes; you are his body. Christ has no body now on earth but yours.
Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.
