# What We’re Building

What the Mormon Transhumanist Association actually does: podcasts and original art, community projects like Project Lazarus, the Advent Clock, and the State of Deseret Civilization mod, and on-ramps for builders.

## More Than Talk

More Than Talk

Some people hear “meetups and conferences” and assume we sit around theorizing about the future without ever touching it. It is a fair question, and the answer is concrete: we make things, and we are building more.

Discussion is our front door, not our destination. Here is what we are actually doing.

## Media

- [Pioneers](/news-and-podcasts/podcasts/pioneers). Long-form interviews with trailblazers across science, theology, and philosophy.
- [Worlds without End](/news-and-podcasts/podcasts/worlds-without-end). A narrative podcast weaving together science, religion, and the story of the cosmos.
- [The Transfigurist Art Series](/store/artwork/posters/regular). Retro-futurist posters that fuse the pioneer past with a space-faring future.
## Community Projects

- [The Advent Clock](/what-we-re-building/advent-clock). A data-driven dashboard tracking humanity’s proximity to superhumanity.
- [Project Lazarus](/what-we-re-building/project-lazarus). Preserving the memory of those we love, through genealogy, genomics, digital archives, and cryonics.
- [State of Deseret](/what-we-re-building/state-of-deseret). A Civilization mod that brings Mormon themes of industry, community, and futurism to millions of players.
## On-ramps for builders

We are also developing hackathons, competitions, and grants, so the people our vision inspires have somewhere to build toward the futures we hope to see.
