## What to include

For time-sensitive event questions, include the event title, date, and URL. For a correction, include the published page URL and a concise description of the proposed change. For membership or donation questions, include the email address associated with the account, but never include a password or full payment-card number.

## Response times and privacy

The Association is volunteer-driven, so response times vary. Email is the official general-inquiry channel; the Association does not publish a general telephone number.
