# New Constitution and Articles of Incorporation

MTA voting members adopt a new constitution and articles of incorporation in 2010, formalizing the organization's governance structure.

Voting members of the Mormon Transhumanist Association adopted a new constitution and articles of incorporation. The principal changes include:

- Dropped references to the World Transhumanist Association
- Simplified director election procedures
